Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the housecleaning services provided by Clean Corpus, LLC ("Company"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. Services Provided:
   1.1. The Company will provide professional housecleaning services as agreed upon by both parties. The specific details of the services, including the frequency, duration, and scope of cleaning, will be outlined in a separate agreement or work order.
   1.2. The Company reserves the right to subcontract or assign the services to a third party if necessary.
   1.3. The Client agrees to provide access to the premises and necessary utilities for the Company's employees to perform the cleaning services.

 

2. Payment:
   2.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the housecleaning services provided. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or work order.
   2.2. The Client authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon fees.
   2.3. In case of any additional services or expenses incurred during the cleaning process, the Company will inform the Client in advance, and any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   3.1. The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
   3.2. If the Client fails to provide sufficient notice or a lockout is encountered at the scheduled cleaning appointment, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.

 

4. Damages and Liability:
   4.1. The Company will take reasonable care while performing the housecleaning services. However, the Client acknowledges that accidents or damages may occur during the cleaning process.
   4.2. The Company will not be responsible for any damages to items or property that are pre-existing or improperly secured.
   4.3. The Client must report any damages or incidents to the Company within 24 hours after the completion of the cleaning service. Failure to do so may void any liability on the part of the Company.

 

5. Insurance:
   5.1. The Company maintains general liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries caused by its employees during the provision of housecleaning services.
   5.2. The insurance coverage is subject to the terms and limitations of the insurance policy, and the Client agrees to review and accept any applicable terms and conditions.

 

6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
   6.1. The Company and its employees agree to keep all client information and personal details confidential and not disclose them to any third parties unless required by law.
   6.2. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect the Client's privacy and personal information during the provision of housecleaning services.

 

7. Termination:
   7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice provided to the other party.
   7.2. The Client agrees to pay for any outstanding services rendered by the Company up to the termination date.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.

 

9. Entire Agreement:
   9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

 

By using our housecleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
